European Consumer Centre Denmark’s Annual Report 2020
2020 was in every way an unusual year for European Consumer Centre, both for the Danish office and the other 29 offices around Europe.
European Consumer Centre Denmark were busier than we had ever been before in 2020. Our core task is precisely to guide consumers around their rights when buying good and services from and travelling to other EU countries, Iceland, Norway and the UK.
The number of consumer enquiries broke records, both in our Danish office and across the network, which celebrated its 15 year anniversary the very same year.
