This year, the annual Danish Complaints Board Conference, organised by European Consumer Centre Denmark, was held in a new way.
With a professional studio set up in the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, with razor-sharp presentations and panel debates, and with safe distancing and hand sanitiser everywhere, we held this year’s conference digitally.
The two themes for the day were:
- Knowledge and data: How is it used by companies and authorities?
- Conciliation procedures in complaint handling: What’s the status?
